Our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program is dedicated to helping you change your relationship to stress, chronic pain and illness. It will help you discover a greater sense of calm and well-being.
At the Center for Mindfulness at Lehigh Valley Hospital, you’ll learn how to have moment-to-moment awareness of the present. You’ll learn how to avoid focusing on the past or anxiously awaiting the future. This awareness of the present will help you respond rather than react to situations and develop a greater sense of calm and well-being.
